help-urgent! some calendar events not synching

Here is my situation:
I have HP IPAQ HX4700 running WM2003SE

I have a shared calendar on an exchange server (exchange 2003).
i am able to access it fine using outlook, or web access

I've been able to sync it to my PDA using activesync before without
problems. now, it seems that some calendar events are not synching properly
(from a quick look, it looks like only the recurring items are synching.. but
not too sure)

i dont get a warning or error, just missing the events on my PDA.
I upgraded my activesync to 4.5 (was using 3.7), it doesn't help.
my computer is windows xp sp3 home edition


PLEASE - this is urgent, i need help.
How can I completely sync all calendar events??? is there a trick for the
activesync? is there something besides activesync that i can use? i've read
about this bug on the forum, but never a solution.

Hi,
Shared calendars are not supported with Windows Mobile synchronization with
Exchange 2003. Only the default calendar is synchronized with Windows
Mobile via ActiveSync on your PC.

If you are having a problem, create a new calendar folder, move the calendar
items there and then sync. Then move them back until you find the items
causing a problem.
