HELP! why couldn't i install both of these updates

Why can't i install updates for both Security Update for
Windows Server 2003 (KB835732)and Security Update for
Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (KB828035)???
when i click on install, it simply says that "setup cannot
be completed) help ! please email me if possible.. THX..
(we can trade porn and a lot of stuff too)
