Help !!! Windows Update Can't Download Files

I can't download any files in windows update website.
The error code is 0x80200010
I also use PC-Cilline Internet Security 2006

Amzyn,

Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Windows Firewall.
Put a mark next to " On ".
Click OK.
Right click the PC-cillin Internet Security icon on the task bar and
choose " Open Main ".
Click the Network Security icon in the left frame.
In the right frame, uncheck the box next to " Enable Personal Firewall "
Close the Main window.

Revisit Windows Update to see if the issue is resolved.
If not, open the WindowsUpdate.log located in the WINDOWS directory
(folder) and copy & paste the last 20 - 30 lines of the log into your
reply, please.

Microsoft and I also use PC-Cillin Internet Security 2006. Here are 30 lines
