HELP ! The Windowsupdate page shows up in LITTLE SQUARES !!

Me think that my system been infected by virus, so I went to the
windowsupdate page looking for remedy.

But on the Windowsupdate page, what I got is all LITTLE SQUARES !!

When I place the mouse icon over some of those little squares, the
little lines at the bottom told me that they are in "zh-cn" - is that
"chinese" ??

Is my system so screwed that the windowsupdate page appears in the
Chinese language ?

If so, HOW CAN I CHANGE IT BACK ?!
With those little squares I have NO IDEA WHAT I AM READING AT ALL
!!

So how to change back to the plain ENGLISH windowsupdate page ?

PLEASE HELP !!
