Help won't download in Vista

Whether I click on "Help" in the start menu or launch it from my keyboard,
it opens the window but then I get the message "Internet Explorer cannot
download / from help. Internet Explorer was unable to open this Internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please
try again later."

It's been like this for a little while now. I'm running Vista Home Premium
and IE7 works fine.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Can you open this site?:
http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Win...S/default.mspx
If not, it's not your Help app, it's some setting in IE. Probably a
security setting.
If you hit that site, I would try toggling the help app options to use the
online help. Turning the option on and off should reset it.
