Help! Zune software and Windows Update!

Hi all,
I’m trying to install the Zune music software on my computer. I downloaded
the installer and tried to run it, but I get an error message (from the
installer, not from Windows) with the code 0x80070422, saying that it can’t
access Microsoft Update.

I then, after seeing “Microsoft Update,� went (through IE) to the Windows
Update button. It told me that I needed to install some new software for the
Windows Update interface. Eventually, during the “registering� phase, I got
an error message from Update, saying that “The website has encountered a
problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view.� The error code
is 0x8024D007.

I have internet access, as other sites are working, as usual. Do you have
any thoughts on how to fix this?
