Hallo every one,
Each Time Just after Windows Vista has started Up, a popup window appears
with following message:
<<"HelpAware has stopped Working"
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.Windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available >>.
What can be the cause of this message ?
regards,
Ricy

You look in the Application Events there may be an error message there
showing what's wrong. It's off of Control Panel, Admin. Tools and the
Events.

There was same problem at my PC.

I have removed following line from registry:
-HKLM\..\Run: [HP Update Assistant] C:\WINDOWS\system32\HPAware.exe-

and deleted *hpaware.exe* from c:\windows\system32\ folder.

and problem is solved..

If you need more help please check the following link
