I am trying to complete what the local Best Buy wants $30 to do. (They
call it a tune up) lol. I have completed everything except for turning off
some excess programs that are running in the background. When I go to the
task manager I can see them but can't find them to turn them off.

Any help would be appreciated,
trying to save some dough in Ky.
