i tried to download the Internet Explorer 6 (SP1) ,,
it downloads properly and then when its time to install it,, it would go up
to 99% completed and then it would say that i dont have all the right
components and how i should close all applications,, when all of my
applications are already closed
please tell me how i can fix this..

I am trying to upgrade Windows ME system from IE 5.5 to IE 6.0. When I download the
file and go to setup for IE6setup, I get an error message stating "Setup was unable
to install all components. Shut down those and reinstall."
