In other words, when Internet Explorer isn't in Full Screen (kiosk mode),
that won't resize either? What happens if, say, you open Word, without any
other windows open, right-click an empty spot on the your Desktop Taskbar,
and choose "Show Windows Side by Side" (even though you have just one window
open)?
