Its not a driver problem as this has occurred over the last 3 years or so
with many versions of device drivers (from ATI), and also with Windows XP or
Vista.
I will try to install a PCI video card I have, but I will also have to
install Windows XP to try it out as its a ATI 7000 LE card and it doesn't
have Vista drivers for it (sleep isn't available under vista).
Then I will know if it truly is my video card that is faulty. The only other
thing it could be is my ASUS P4P8X mother board, or one of the components
built into it.
