hidden internet history logg?

I was just wondering if theres any posibility to review my computer'
internet history even if it's been erased with the "delet all" buton i
the options menu in internet explorer. will i need aditional software t
restore it from the hard-drive or is there any easier alternative lik
some kind of "hidden" logg in windows

You'll need to adapt that to use the info with Vista.
