Hide or Password Protect Folders

Is there any way to hide and password protect folders in Vista (Ultimate
Edition)?

Something beyond marking the folder/files "Hidden" (I have Vista show hidden
files)

Password and Hide Folders (has to be non-system or virtual folders in
Vista.......
a standard folder you create is fine.
