Hi hi,
In the 2009 releases this has been (finally) moved into the Options under the Layout
category.
In the previous releases to that, this can be done by opening up the main Messenger window,
pressing the Alt key on the keyboard, choosing the Contacts menu, then Filter contacts, and
then Online contacts only.
