64 bit Windows 7 + Windows Live Mail with gmail's pop3 and the following
problem.. It seems that depending on the live mail's mood, new messages in
the inbox are shown or not.
At program startup i can see that wlm downloading let's say 5 new messages
but none of them will be shown in the inbox. If wlm are not in mood to show
messages in the inbox, then one time i can see them in the quick views.
After that i can find a message only by typing messages name in the search
box.

view->show or hide set to show all messages. No message rules are active . I
uninstalled antivirus to.. No luck. Messages from the same sender some times
are shown and some times not. No matter messages with attachments or not.

help

What settings do you have under Tools, Safety Options?

Are you using the Junk filter, Blocked Senders, International blocking,
Phishing blocking?

You mention a problem with New messages. Are old messages displayed?

How many messages do you have in the Inbox folder?

Default values
Safety Options:
Options - Low
Safe Senders, Blocked Senders - empty
International - no blocked domains
Phishing - Protect my Inbox from messages with potential Phishing links.

Old messages are displayed correctly
Inbox size is about 600mb, but will be much more in the future.

Make sure that View, View By Conversation is Unchecked.

Also try clicking on the Date column in the message list to make sure
the messages are in received order.

And if you are using Quick Views, try turning that off in View, Layout,
Folder Pane
