So I saw this ease-of-access button in the logon screen and i tried wha
"high contrast" does. Now it is stuck on and every time i reboot th
logon screen is all black and white. when i log in the desktop theme i
normal, but if I press control+L and go back to user selection it'
still black and white. Also it doesn't help if i uncheck "hig
contrast" box, becouse next reboot high contrast is still on

Go back to the Ease of Access Center in Control Panel and disable every
single option. Apply/OK out and reboot.

No, it doesn't help. The "theme" of the logon screen is even differren
from the "high contrast color theme" in the control panel. So there i
no easy registry fix to reset the "high contrast" off

Sorry, I have no idea. If the logon screen is different then perhaps
this has nothing to do with the Ease of Access features. Try a System
Restore to a date before you did whatever it was you did. To run System
Restore, go to the Start Orb and in the Start Search box type "System
Restore" without the quotes. System Restore will appear in the Programs
result. Click on it, allow the UAC prompt, and follow the wizard.

Or check to make sure you are using the correct video card drivers and
resolution. See below for general drivers information. Check the resolution:

1. Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button Picture of the
Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and
Personalization, clicking Personalization, and then clicking Display
Settings.

2. Under Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and
then click Apply.

Drivers:

Never get drivers from Windows Update. Get them from:

1. The device mftr.'s website; OR
2. The motherboard mftr.'s website if hardware is onboard; OR
3. The OEM's website for your specific machine if you have an OEM
computer (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

Read the installation instructions on the website where you get the drivers.

To find out what hardware is in your computer:

1. Read any documentation you got when you bought the computer.
2. If the computer is OEM, go to the OEM's website for your specific
model machine and look at the specs (you'll be there to get the drivers
anyway)
3. Download, install and run a free system inventory program like Belarc
Advisor or System Information For Windows:

If you have installed drivers from Windows Update, you can roll them back:

Geek - http://tinyurl.com/346lox

I really woudn't want to use system restore, becouse it does delete some
of my programs and important files (lots of them). The problem does not
have anything to do with resolutions or video drivers. The only problem
is that Vista turns on high contrast by default. The high contrast gets
checkbox gets rechecked every time I reboot. That's the real problem.
