I failed with this file that you suggested:
Office2003SP2-KB887616-Client-ENU.exe
(i.e. the 49 mb version).
I have been reading some other posts and othes claim to have the same
probelm, but have used the full version and report no issues (i.e.
Office2003SP2-KB887616-FullFile-ENU.exe). I think I am going to try it, as
all other users are laptop users with same issue, which seems to be fixed.
Your thoughts?
