Is it legitimate key for Vista? And for what is this key?

Hi, Lazaruslong.

I'm not expert enough to say what it's for, but, yes, my Vista Ultimate x64
does have the key HKLM\COMPONENTS. (Yes, it's in ALL CAPS.)
