If you have third-party firewall, anti-virus, or anti-malware
application(s), then disable them all. If you need to, enable Windows
Firewall instead of any third-party firewall.
If you are behind a NAT router, disable any firewall features of the NAT
router, especially any ActiveX blocking features.
In control panel Internet Options, click tab "Security", then:
Click "Internet", click "Default Level".
Click "Local intranet", click "Default Level".
Click "Trusted sites", click "Default Level".
Click OK
Now try the Genuine Advantage Diagnostic web page again.
