Hold'em poker game not shown in updates??

I have Vista ultimate, all activated and working...: exept i cant download
Hold'Em poker game! it's just not there! i have the encryption extra and all
other updates just like they should, but not this game! i just can't figure
it out! i've searched the net 5 hours to find an answer!!! could someone
PLEASE end my misery and tell me what's going on? it's depressing... :S
