Holdem-Poker problem

Im really not sure if this is an Nvidia driver problem or a vista problem. I
have a rare config, two geforce 8800GTX in SLI configuration.

Basiclly the text in holdem poker flickers on and off and the game is
unplayable. Im thinking its an sli thing but am not sure. Please look into it

Joe, it's most likely an nVidia driver issue. They are not yet 'final'
drivers, but a work-in-progress.

I am experiencing the same problem, but I only have 1 8800 gtx, so that
rules out the sli being the cause. I noticed that if you just use the
default driver that comes with vista, the text doesn't flicker, but you also
lose aero when doing that.

Thanks Jane and Murray.

So sli is ruled out
Ill take it to the nvidia boards as its probably not specific to holdem
poker and might show up and cause problems elsewhere

I have a similar problem but with fsx. i think its definetly the drivers

yes, NVIDIA drivers can be causing a problem with FSX as well. Hopefully
they can get some decent drivers out the door as soon as possible.

I'm having the exact same problem, so I ended up uninstalling Holdem hoping
that a reinstall would fix. Now I can't reinstall the program. I can't find
it anywhere. Update won't give me the option to redownload. Anybody have
any ideas?

This is a known bug with the nVidia drivers on I believe the 79xx an 88xx
cards

Ive also got that prob with texas hold'em, but with FSX, have you got it on
32bit colour, cos i had the flickering problem, but then i realised i had it
on 16bit and not 32bit, and when i changed it over it worked lovely
