It's called backlash from it's customers that a company faces when it
gets too arrogant and starts ignoring the needs of it's users and only
cares about fattening its wallets.

No company, and that includes Microsoft, is more powerful than it's
customers as without the customers the company is nothing.

It won't end anytime soon. As far as I am concerned, it is only just
starting. At the rate things are going, there will be much more to come.
