Hi all,
Last time I installed win7, I did not see the option to use a "Home "
user account, so I used option "Home Network. All went fine until I
installed Nero and tried to activate the media player. It said I could
not activate the A Pis used, as I had the program installed on multiple
systems. Is there a way to downgrade from "Home Network" to Home User",
without totally reinstalling.

have not tested but you could try if you can change the network
configuration to standalone or public first before trying again
