Home Premium & multicore processors

I want to build a dual or quad-core PC. I know that Home Premium Doesn't
support more than 1 processor on a motherboard. If I wanted to do that, I'd
have to have Ultimate. But, does Home Premium support dual & quad-core
processors? In other words, how many processors show up in Device Manager
under Home Premium? If I have a dual-core processor & I click on Device
Manager, do both processors show up or only one? Likewise, if I have a
quad-core processor, do all 4 cores show up in Device Manager or only 1 of
the 4?

Thank you.

Windows Vista Home Premium supports one physical CPU.
If the CPU is a dual or quad core, it will be supported and displayed
as a dual or quad core.
