home wireless network problems after sp2 install

My laptop(wireless) can access the files on my desktop server but the laptop
no longer gain access to the internet thru the desktop server. This problem
started after sp2 install. I realize it is probably some insiginificant box
that I have to check but I can not figure it out. If anyone knows how to fix
this could you let me know.

Click on : "My Network Places"

On the left pane, click on : "Set up a wireless network for a home or small
office"

Follow the instructions as you go along. Also, you may have to do this on
both computers on the wireless network.
