Home32 Bit SP1 Upgrade to Ultimate

We recieve an error that just says that Ultimate can be installed with out
any errors. We are trying to upgrade from Home32 bit SP1 to Vista Ultimate 32
Bit

What are your system specs? Is this an upgrade or full Utimate DVD? Ca
you first upgrade Home to SP2? Tell me verbatim what the error messag
is

Thank you, but the system appears to have HW issues & we are going to abandon
the upgrade at this time.

Hi,

If the Ultimate disk does not have at least SP1 as well, then it cannot be
used for an upgrade.
