Horrible Giant Screens!

I was on my computer this afternoon, it was normal. I left for about half an
hour and when I came back the icons on my desktop were huge nd anything I
open covers the entire screen. I can't even read the posts here without
scrolling back & forth. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

Tried that, it didn't work. I changed the dpi & display setting and I almost
have it back to normal. Thank you though.
