Host Process for Windows Services has stopped working

Every once in a while, I get a message that says the host process fo
windows services has stopped working. It doesn't occur everytime I star
up my computer and it just started appearing a couple days ago. Th
problem details are listed below

I recently had a problem with McAfee Antivirus that I didnt know how t
fix. Someone recommended that I uninstall McAfee and install Avas
instead as an antivirus software, so I did just that. Is it possibl
that this problem is related to installing Avast? Any help would b
appreciated
