For the past few weeks I have been receiving the message

*Host Process for Windows Services stopped working and was closed.
-A problem caused the application to stop working correctly. Window
will notify you if a solution is available.

The window continues to pop up (even if I close it). I've been t
different Vista forums and have tried every resolution advised, but t
no avail. All of my programs are working fine, it's just that annoyin
message that's got me frustrated

I've double and tripled "full scans" on my system (no viruses present
Event log has several warnings and errors for Faulting applicatio
svchost.exe, but I haven't been able to identify which svchost i
causing the problem. Turning off/on services has not helped in issu
identification either

I am totally at a loss. For now, I just keep the message minimized o
the taskbar. If anyone can offer advice, I'd be most appreciative.
have not as yet completed my system details, but if it is helpful I a
using Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit OS
