I was receiving the same error message everyone else here
has:
Library download error. Will retry. (Error 0x80072EE7)
I added the entry to the hosts file as Brian suggested,
closed the browser and restarted. Then went to
download.windowsupdate.com as suggested. It works with no
problems!
