Your assumption that I would assume you had done what you had not stated is
ridiculous.
There is no way for anyone here to know what you have tried since you
neglected to provide adequate information.
I made no assumption, I simply gave a fix that helps many with similar
problems.
Since you are certain it is Microsoft's problem, perhaps you should contact
Microsoft:
