Hello,
For the last 3-4 days I have been receiving different error messages as to
why IE has encountered a problem.
After searching the Help section, the Newsgroups, etc. I now see I need to
ask for assistance.
The first question I have is when I see a fix or a thread regarding a
particular error and a sample of the error message is provided does my error
signature, including the offset have to match EXACTLY inorder to use what is
being mentioned as a solution?
My error signatures include the following.

Application: 6.0.2900.2180 Mod: Mshtml.dll Modvers: 6.0.2900.2180 Offset:
000694FE
Application: 6.0.2900.2180 Mod: xpsp2res.dll Offset:00094079
Application: 6.0.2900.2180 mshtml.dll Modvers:6.0.2900.2963 Offset: 00070cb3
Application: 6.0.2900.2180 Mod: ntdll.dll Offset:00013396

What is so frustrating is I get some of these additional error signatures
and shut downs of WXPservice pack 2 professional, while I am trying to
research the previous error signature on Microsoft web site.

Hello again,
Okay I have finally found a way to determine if my error messages have any
info related to them by entering the "Offset: #" in the KB search section.
To my sad heart, not one of my offset numbers is listed.
Thus I continue to wait and watch, reading other's requests for help in
hopes that my problem may be theres also.
Have a good day,
tig
