hot fixes not needed- should I uninstall

"Idiot here- installed a bunch of hotfixes I don't need." According to Belarc
I have these installed:
KB928190 (don't even know what this is!!??)
KB928253
KB929011
KB929427
KB929577
KB929685
KB929777
KB929913
Should I uninstall (and how do I do that) or just not worry and leave them?
I've tried to uninstall but they just keep showing or reinstalling
themselves. I've been getting Windows Update Error 80070003 everytime I try
to install

KB925902
KB930178
KB929399
Have followed all directions for error code, disabled McAfee & Spware Doc,
renamed distribution folder, etc. but still can't install. However, I see
that I'm not the only one with this issue.

You receive a "0x80070002" or "0x80070003" error code after you download an update from
Windows Update, from Microsoft Update, or from Windows Server Update Services
