Hotfix download location...

Hi,

I am facing an issue with Windows Vista. Whenever i shut down my machine and
start it then a blue screen is coming. After that i have to boot in safe mode
and then into normal mode.

Windows has pointed me to the hotfix location.

But didnt point to the hotfix location. Please let me knwo the location.
