Could someone tell me where i can find windows update files so i can manually
remove. I'm having problems with add remove programs. It does not populate
and the close button on the bottom right looks like this - Cl&ose - Has
anyone seen this before? suggestions for either problem is appreciated.
Thanks,

John;
The uninstall files are here:
C:\Windows\$NTUninstall**********
Double-click the appropriate uninstall folder.
Open spunist then double click spunist.exe.
Follow the prompts to uninstall the update.

JJ,

Thanks for the info, is it possible to remove the individual hotfixes? All
i'm seeing in this directory is the SP uninstall folders.
