Hotfix

I installed backup exact on Windows 2000 server with SP4.
Temporary files that are used in the backup or the snapshot operation may
not be deleted after the backup or snapshot operation ends.
On support.microsoft.com, the solution is to update Windows 2000 hotfix,
How can I to install hotfix?
Any help how to resolve this is very much appreciated!
