Hotfixes wont install on my computer

I am trying to install hotfix 904199 on my computer but neither the x86 nor
the x64 will work...both say they are not for my system ( I am on a 32-bit
Vista). I dont know what the problem is. Some hot fixes have worked, but this
one does not. Any help is appreciated.
