hotmail crashes again

I installed service pack 2,with no problem,a week later i got a hotmail
email,it worked at first,now i get a blank page with i sign into hotmail,but
my msn homepage works,my messager works,and every thing esle works,why is it
just the hotmail that want work,been like this for a week now.please send
information to cause i can't read my hotmail account.

I don't think I installed any service pack....but I am having the same
problem with my hotmail account when you find out something let uw know

WEll what I did was I went to download.com I found a "spyware program that
sounded ok which are free I downloaded it and then ran a scan. It found 263
infectons, quarantiend them and then my hotmail worked. But I also had to put
some regsvr files in from thr "run" from the start menu. But that was so i
could get the windows updates, which i had a problem with also. So try the
spyware thing and see if it helps. Good luck.
