Hotmail crashes

I have the latest SP2 and yet when I open my hotmail the system locks up and
I cannot access my E-mail. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Are you using IE or OE to read/send your Hotmail? When does
it lock up, before you logon and the Hotmail page loads or
at what point?

Have you tried to contact Hotmail support?

Hello!
I have 3 hotmail accounts and 2 show "Error on page at the bottom left-hand
corner of a BLANK page after i have pressed <ENTER> following my email
address and password. The 3rd account is ok on the SAME PC. Can someone
please advise how i can resolve this? I have not been able to access the 2
hotmail accounts for days. The 3rd account is perfectly ok on the SAME
PC...that makes trouble-shooting impossible.

Would appreciate your assistance ASAP.

Hotmail uses a big set of servers to handle the web mail,
your 3 accounts can be on three different sets of servers
and not all servers are on-line and working 100% of the
time.

Try again and they may be working. There is a HELP button
on the webpage, use it to check for known problems, FAQs,
and contact support services.
