hotmail e mails

can some one please help . I am new to the p.c .for the last couple of days I
have not been able to receive any e mails on my primary hotmail accunt yet
am still receiving on a secondary account .
I did get one error message that just said '' internal error '' but have no
idea what that means .

Are you using the web client or a desktop client to access your Hotmail?
