Please help. I have been searching for a way to place an icon on my website
for others to know if my hotmail is online or offline (html code is
prefered), but no luck yet. Any help is highly appreciated!

Fellow MVP, COlin Brown, has some posts on his blog for how to code the Windows
Live presence controls into a site:

I think that is what you are referring to.

I'm not aware of any easier way to do it, though there may be one that someone
else can point you to.

Greetings,

If you just mean your Messenger status (which you can log in through Messenger), you can
switch the "web status" feature on and get the necessary HTML to copy/paste here:
http://settings.messenger.live.com/a...bSettings.aspx
