Hi @all :-)
maybe somebody have a idea howto I can install the "Windows Mobile Client
part" of EasySync to Active Sync with normal user rights?
I have deployed the PC Application IBM Lotus Notes EasySync pro 4.2.5 to all
our Windows XP machines, and on PC side all is well. But our Users doesn´t
have admin Rights. When they start EasySync on the PC side the first time,
Easy Sync want to transfer the Windows Mobile Agent (*.cab file) to
activesync. That works fine - if the User has local admin rights - but when
he do that with user rights, the PC Client of EasySync cannot push the *.cab
File to active sync.
Or maybe I must fit the Filesystem Rights of Windows XP or Active Sync, or
other application dependencies when I deploy Active Sync and Easy Sync Pro to
Windows XP ?
Path of Easy Sync on WXP Client:
C:\Program Files\lotus\EasySync Pro (Program)
C:\Program Files\Common
Files\XCPCSync.OEM\Lotus.211.101\Translators\Pocke tPC (WinMo Apps)
maybe is the solution, that I install manually (or deploy) the EasySync
Setup.ARM.cab file directly (into) to Active Sync. But how?
I´m complete confused after some days of searching, but i´m shure the
solution is very simple.. If you know it ;-)
best greetings :-)
