HOWTO Publish a Windows Calendar

Hi, I'm having a bit of trouble trying to publish my Windows Calendar to the
web. I'm trying to use the free webdav service from iCalX but when ever I try
to publish the calendar I get a network path not found error.

Is this issue going to be resolved or acknowledged by anyone, nobody seems
to have any info.

I think you'll find that that is happening because icalx is not a webdav
server.....
