Help!

I need a Microsoft Digitally Signed version of the HP Color Laserjet 5500
printer driver. The one from HP comes up with the dialog box, whic I need to
avoid as I am installing the drivers over a Novell network via a printer
policy.
Thanks... Jon

Microsoft doesn't write drivers. HP does - contact them for support.

Hi - I have already contacted HP, but so far they have not been able to
supply a digitally signed driver. I would assume that they supply Microsoft
with the drivers, which are then 'approved' and included in Windows Update. I
cannot use Windows Update for my purpose. I need the signed drivers so I can
install them on a netware server.

Well, you'd never ever want to install device drivers from Windows Update
anyway. It can cause major problems, and it is always best to go to the
source. If HP doesn't have what you need and there's no native Windows
driver for the printer, try googling...but as I said, HP is the best source
& I'm not sure what to tell you other than that.
