HP Pavilion Vista E-mail Support respond about drivers, updates.

What do they say when problem cannot be solve. has anyone gotten this also?
all this email is BS until HP actually release the damn drivers and updates.

increased volume of messages we receive daily, our response time

Now the issue in hand:

I would like to inform you that there are many compatibility issues with
the windows vista operating system. HP and Microsoft are working
together to release some updates,patches and soft packs to resolve these
issue. As, if you now there is no software or update released by Hp.
Hence I request to wait for few days and get back to us.

I have followed your request to the concerned department. HP will
release the updates and patches very soon for the Microsoft Vista
Operating System.

We might be able to help you if you told us what device/hardware
specifically you were trying to get help or drivers for? "Pavilion" covers
a lot of ground.

Harddrive has annoying medium to high pitch sound and when this happen the
CPU also go crazy.
