Hp printer and vista

I have a hp officejet j6480 on my network. My wife and I both use Vista
She can fax directly from her pc. I cannot. I get the following erro
message Cannot create DIHPAiOFaxManager Object. It is in a window fro
the file hposfx08. I had another hp machine the 6310 which gave me th
same exact error message. Can anyone advise how to fix this. Iv
narrowed it down I believe to a Vista home issu

Which machine is directly connected to the printer, you wife's?

Since this would almost certainly be a problem related to HP software, what
does HP support say?

Are you saying that you're using Vista Home something and she's using Vista
something different than what you're using?

Both pcs are running Vista home Premium, Printer is hooked up to networ
thru router.Both pcs are connected thru route
