I'd suggest firstly NEVER choose an MS driver update.
Always use the relevant latest one from the manufacturer's website.
Uninstall your printer, then install downloaded HP drivers again.
If still no luck, look up the update reference number on the MS updates
site,
then delete it using Add/Remove programs.
