HP printer software update - Help Needed

I recently installed the HP printer software update. OS: Win2000 Pro. I can
no longer print from IE (v6.0.2800.1106) and Visual Studito.NET (Microsoft
Development Environment 2003 - v 7.1.3088, MS .NET Framework 1.1 - v1.1.4322
SP1). I am up to date on all upgrades.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem? Both computers that I
installed this software have the same problem. The HP printer software
update also still shows up as an upgrade that I should install.
