HP printer

My system ( including printer) was working fine then something happened so
that my printer does not function. I un-installed it then when I went to
re-install it a message came up saying "Printer Operation cannot continue due
to lack of resources. The print subsystem is unavailable. Does any one have
an answer as to what I should do?

Seems the printer spolling service is not running.

Take the following steps:Check that the Print Spooler service is running
1) Start > Settings > Control Panel
2) Administrative Tools > Services
3) Find the service Print Spooler.
4) Check that it is set to Automatic start-up
5) If it is not running then start it > right click it and select Start
