Morning All,

Everytime we have Windows updates, it seems to reset some of our printers -
hard to believe, but it really does happen!

Windows Updates controlled by WSUS, we have A4 paper in Tray1 in all 70 of
our printers firmwide, however, following Windows Updates, a handful of
printers will default to Letter on Tray1 - this causes no end of issues to
users.

Sorry to point the finger at Windows Updates (nothing personal) - but all
the printing issues do tend to occur after Windows Updates have been applied.

Is anyone else getting similar issues or know of a remedy?

We have a similar experience here, but because the updates are rolled-out
progressively (over a period of several days) no one seems to have latched-on
to this. But your right!

Does anyone at Microsoft ever read these? Or do we have to send a
'blast-o-gram"?
